We are looking to hire an experienced Brand Strategy Specialist to build a strong, premium and scalable brand foundation for our travel company.

⚠️ This is NOT a basic logo design project.
We are NOT looking for a graphic designer who only creates logos.
We need a strategic thinker who understands positioning, psychology, brand architecture, and long-term brand building.

We are building a modern travel company targeting Indian and global audiences. Our goal is to create a premium, trustworthy and emotionally connected brand in the travel industry.

Scope of Work:

The selected specialist will be responsible for:

• Brand positioning strategy
• Target audience definition & customer persona creation
• Competitor analysis
• Unique Value Proposition (UVP) development
• Brand mission, vision & core values
• Brand voice & communication tone
• Brand story development
• Naming consultation (if required)
• Tagline development
• Brand architecture planning
• Brand guidelines framework

(Visual identity direction is welcome, but strategy comes first.)

What We Are Looking For:

✅ Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
✅ Ability to think long-term, not just design-focused
✅ Strong understanding of consumer psychology
✅ Structured brand documentation delivery
