Create Branding Collateral (Logo, Business Card & Landing Page) for Australian Finance Consultancy
Project Overview
I am starting a side hassle, Tendeca Finance, an independent Part-Time Finance Manager service for small to mid-sized Australian businesses serving small businesses, mostly in the services sector: tradesmen, large medical practices, financial advisory firms, tradesmen with revenue between $2m and $10 and employing up to 50 staff.
I will initially be a solo practitioner.
I need a creative professional to develop a complete, professional brand starter kit including:
A simple, modern text-based logo
A business card design (front/back) with QR code placeholder
A single-page scroll website (landing page)
Target audience feel: Trustworthy, approachable, senior-but-not-corporate. Similar visual tone to: Xero Partner branding, BDO consulting, or boutique advisory firms.
Deliverables
1. Logo Design
Style: Text-based logo using "Tendeca Finance"
Tone: Modern, clean, professional (finance/advisory sector)
Colors: Navy blue / charcoal grey / white (however I am very open to suggestions)
Formats: PNG (transparent), SVG (vector), and print-ready PDF
Source files: AI or editable SVG with fonts/assets included

3. Landing Page (Single Scroll Design)
Platform: Carrd.co, Google Sites, or Wix
(Please recommend best option for: easy self-editing, low cost <$20/month, contact form support)
Structure: I will provide 300-500 words of copy covering:
Header: Who I am & what I do
Services: Monthly finance management + ad-hoc projects
How I Work: 2-3 days/month, virtual or in-person, on fixed retainer
Benefits: Providing financial clarity to SMEs
Contact: Email + simple contact form
Designer Responsibilities:
• Complete landing page design (layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy)
• Mobile-responsive design (works perfectly on all devices)
• Logo and brand colour integration throughout
• Setup on recommended platform (Carrd.co or similar)
• Provide login credentials and basic editing guide
• Deliver live, functional page ready to use
My Responsibilities:
• Provide all text content and copy
• Purchase custom domain separately (optional - tendecafinance.com.au)
• Handle ongoing hosting/platform subscription fees
Deliverables:
Live landing page with login credentials
Brief documentation on how to edit text/images
Design Style Guidelines
Visual tone: Clean, uncluttered, professional, classy, but not flashy
Reference brands: Xero Partner sites, EY consulting, BDO advisory
Emphasis: Clarity, trust, simplicity
Revisions & Rights
Included: 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable (logo, card, page)
Minor changes after approval (typos, small colour adjustments): no additional charge
Major redesigns after approval: quoted separately
Rights: Full ownership of all designs and files transfer to me upon final payment
Timeline
Realistic estimate:
Logo concepts: 3-4 days after project start
Revisions + final logo approval: 3-4 days
Business card design: 2-3 days after logo approved
Landing page build: 7-10 days after card approved
Total: 3-4 weeks from start to final delivery. I prefer quality over speed, however need collateral sooner than later.
