Branded Word Template From PDF Report
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to take an existing style of report and turn it into a Word document style that I can use as a template for future reports. You will need to create a branded Word template using Master Styles for headings, body text, etc. and apply the graphic design elements (headers, footers, logos, color scheme) form the PDF report into that Word document style.
This should be easy for anyone familiar with creating styles in Word.
The deliverable is a .docx with the Master style embedded for use on future documents based on a PDF report that I provide.
What I’ll hand over: the source PDF plus any brand assets you need (logo files, colour values, font names if they differ from standard Office fonts).
What I expect back:
• A Word document whose built-in styles (Heading 1-3, Normal, Bullet, Table, Caption, etc.) mirror the typography of the PDF.
• Header and footer sections matching the original spacing, alignment and graphics.
• Theme colors and fonts locked in so new content instantly adopts the right look.
• A quick test page demonstrating each style in use so I can confirm everything renders correctly.
I should be able to open the file, hit “Save As,” and start writing—no manual tweaking. If you have past examples of Word templates you’ve built, feel free to mention them when you respond.
