Branded Team Email Signature Design

I’m putting together a clean, professional email signature block that every member of my team can drop straight into Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail. The look needs to match our dark-toned brand palette and stay fully horizontal.

Here’s what I need bundled into a single, lightweight HTML (or compatible) file:

• My supplied company logo and the official NDIS Registered Provider logo, side-by-side.
• Editable text fields for:
– Name
– Role
– Ph No.
– Email
– Address
– ABN
– NDIS Provider Number
• A small Facebook icon that links to our page (I’ll add the URL once you show me where).
• A QR code placeholder that I can swap out for our feedback form’s code.
• All fonts and colours styled to our existing dark branding so the signature looks consistent in both light and dark email clients.

Keep the code simple—inline CSS only, no external assets—so it renders well across major mail apps. Include a quick text-only fallback version and a short note explaining where to paste the signature and how to update the QR code and links.

Deliverables:
1. Final HTML signature file.
2. Any image assets optimised for email (PNG or SVG).
3. One-page install/update guide.
