Branded Service Report Template

I’d like a clean, professional Word template that carries my company logo and colours for our service job reports. The file must be fully editable so technicians can type directly into it, yet locked down enough to keep the layout intact when they save or print.

Key sections to build in:
- Client details
- Service performed
- Technician’s notes

I don’t need charts or tables—simple, well-spaced text blocks and check-boxes are perfect. I’ll provide the logo and brand guidelines as soon as we start, and I expect the typography and colour palette to match them exactly.

Please structure the .docx with:
• Clearly labelled placeholders and form fields (text, date, dropdown where helpful).
• Consistent headers/footers that auto-insert page numbers and our contact details.
• A layout that prints flawlessly on A4 while still looking good onscreen.
