Branded Progress Slide Designer for 1HMO

I run a UK property development company (1HMO) converting standard 3‑bed terraced houses into 7‑bed HMOs for professional tenants. Each week I take progress photos on site and want them turned into a small set of branded, professional slides I can share with investors and on social channels.

I’ve attached three example images from our current project. These are directional only I’m looking for someone to significantly improve on this style: more refined, more professional, with better typography, spacing and consistency.
Scope

Create a reusable slide template (or small set of templates) for weekly build‑progress updates

Typical content per update:

Cover slide (property, week number, key bullets)

Ground floor / first floor / external progress slides (3–4 images per slide with captions)

Apply my existing brand elements:

Company name: 1HMO

Clean, modern look suitable for investor updates

Colours to complement my current blue and white branding (happy to take suggestions)

Deliverables

Master template in an editable format (PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma or Canva – please state your preference)

Exported examples for Week 1 using the attached images so I can see how your system works

Style guide notes: fonts, colour codes, margin/spacing rules so I can brief others in future

What I’m looking for

Strong eye for layout and typography – ability to make something simple look premium

Experience with:


Setting up templates that are easy for a non‑designer to reuse weekly

Ability to turn around a weekly batch of 10–15 images into 3–5 slides within 24–48 hours once the template is agreed

2–3 relevant portfolio examples (before/after or deck pages are ideal)

Your proposed tool (PowerPoint / Keynote / Figma / Canva etc.)

Price per initial template + first week, and price per ongoing weekly update set
