Brandbook for my new startup

I’m ready to give my new brand a cohesive look and a simple online home. First, I need a concise brand-book that lays out clear logo guidelines, a well-defined color palette, and typography guidelines I can share with future partners. A clean, easy-to-follow PDF is fine, but please also supply the original design files so I can update them later if needed.
