Brand Guidelines Book Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive brand book that clearly codifies every rule for presenting our brand. The goal is simple: give internal teams, partners, and vendors one authoritative resource they can reference whenever they create anything for us, ensuring total consistency in look, feel, and tone.
To achieve that, the document must cover these specific sections:
• Logo usage – clear space, size limits, approved lock-ups, and practical do/don’t examples
• Color palette – primary and secondary colours with exact CMYK, RGB, and HEX values
• Typography guidelines – chosen type families, hierarchy, pairing, and web vs. print specs
• “Used and ADN” – an explicit note on the correct abbreviations, nicknames, or alternate brand wording we allow
• Image usage guidelines – photography style, composition, and any filters or treatments that define our visual identity
• Tone of voice – personality traits, sample copy, and message pillars that shape how we speak
• Iconography & graphics – grid, stroke weight, and illustrative style so custom icons always feel on-brand
I’d like the book laid out in a clean, modern style (Adobe InDesign preferred) with real-world mock-ups that show each rule in action.
Final deliverables:
• A print-ready PDF brand book
• The fully editable source file so we can update guidance as the brand evolves
Once we start, I’ll supply the existing logo files, current colour values, and any background material you need. Two weeks would be ideal for turnaround, but let me know straight away if you need a bit more time so we can set realistic milestones together.
