Brand Clarity Intensive - Research and Preparation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project supports a Brand Clarity Intensive for one of my clients. The role is focused on research, organization, and preparation only — no strategy, no final copywriting, and no direct client communication.
You’ll help gather assets, review existing digital presence, identify clarity gaps, and prepare internal outlines that I (the agency lead) will use to deliver the final strategy.
Your Responsibilities
1. Asset Collection & Organization
Gather links and materials (Instagram, Amazon/book listings, character images, event descriptions, bios, captions, etc.)
Organize everything neatly into a shared folder (Google Drive or Notion)
2. Social Presence Review (Observation Only)
Review the client’s Instagram bio and recent posts
Note clarity issues, inconsistencies, missing CTAs, or confusing messaging
Provide bullet‑point observations (no rewriting)
3. Message & Brand Gap Identification
Identify what the brand appears to stand for
Flag unclear or inconsistent messaging
Note what a parent or customer may not understand immediately
Identify disconnects between products, characters, events, or offerings
4. Website Prep Support (No Building or Copywriting)
Draft an internal homepage outline (who it’s for, what it offers, why it matters)
Suggest a simple page list (Home, About, Products/Books, Character, Events/Contact)
No platform setup, no design, no final copy
5. Internal Summary
Compile key clarity gaps and strengths
Highlight repeated themes
Identify areas needing simplification
Deliver a clean summary by the agreed deadline
Hard Rules
No direct client communication
No final messaging, strategy, or brand decisions
No writing final website copy
Ask questions early if anything is unclear
Success Looks Like
All assets are organized, observations are clear, and I have everything needed to deliver a strong Brand Clarity Intensive to the client.
