We are a fast growing technology startup focused on creating technology that enriches quality of life. We offer a positive, inquiring environment, and are seeking professional, experienced Brand analysts.
Brand Analysts collaborate and work independently to assess brand collateral, positioning and messaging to strengthen and strategize on behalf of clients.
Ideal candidates will be familiar with a wide variety of marketing styles and initiatives, audience profiling, track branding and rebrands. Brand analysts should have a deep understanding of human behavior, familiarity with social media and internet trends, and fast, incisive analyses.
Qualifications / Skills include, but are not limited to:
7-10 years of branding, marketing or creative advertising experience
3-5 years in market research
In-house or agency experience on brands with a passionate fanbase
Experience as part of a cross-functional team
Proven track record with major brands
Deep understanding of competitive markets and a wide variety of verticals
Experience with all components of social media cycle from strategy to production
Track record of pushing new ways for brands to show up in social channels.
Brand strategy and long-range plan experience, requiring a deep understanding of consumer psychology
Strong emotional intelligence
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand analysis research
User Experience Research
Leveraging consumer trends and insight analytics
Analyzing and interpreting Big Data and dashboard analytics while providing fresh insights
Contextualize consumer behavior (e.g., behavioral economics, critical user journey mapping, decision-making, customer switching, etc.)
Give brand recommendations based on relevant research (interpreting segmentation reports, focus group feedback, in-depth interviews, ethnography, Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking, conjoint analysis, etc.)
Causal analysis
Analysis with demographic segmentation
Market segmentation and market survey research
Identify optimal marketing and social strategies
Understanding needs and concerns of special populations and a wide variety of demographics / subcultures
Problem solve and identify opportunities
Working closely with integrated production, brand, creative (agencies and internal), brand strategy, PR, analytics, and product specialists
