Boxing Logo Design

I'm starting a boxing promotion and need a logo for "Wartime Promotions."

Requirements:
- The name "Wartime Promotions" must be included in or around the logo.
- Central theme should be a clock with Roman numerals, incorporating a boxing ring inside it.
- Two cartoonish style fighters should be depicted squaring up inside the ring.
- Color scheme: Blue and white.
- Style: Classic.
