Advertising Agency Full Setup
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a new advertising company that will cater exclusively to government agencies, offering digital, print, and outdoor placements alongside in-house banner, poster, and flyer production.
My immediate priority is a robust business plan that clearly defines where we fit in the market and how we will win government contracts. I already have detailed target-market data ready to share, so you can dive straight into analysis instead of starting from scratch.
Scope of work
• Business plan – focus on market analysis & positioning plus a practical marketing and sales strategy built around government-procurement cycles.
• Brand identity – logo, color palette, typography, and basic usage guidelines that translate well across web, print, and large-format outdoor media.
• Website – a clean, accessible site that showcases every service, features a portfolio section, and makes it easy for agencies to request quotes or RFP documentation.
• Vendor network – identify and vet reliable printers and ad platforms to ensure we can deliver high-quality output nationwide.
• Sample portfolio – create a small library of mock ads (digital, billboard, print) demonstrating our creative range.
• Go-to-market plan – outline channels, outreach cadence, and key messaging for approaching agency decision-makers.
What I’ll provide
• Comprehensive demographic and procurement data for our target agencies.
• Initial service list, pricing assumptions, and any existing brand inspiration.
Deliverables are expected in editable formats (Word, PowerPoint or Google equivalents for the plan; vector files for design assets; CMS login plus exported site files for the website).
Please share examples of past work that combine business planning with creative execution for service-based companies—especially if you’ve operated in regulated or government environments.
