Accounting Firm Branding & Site
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m launching a new accounting and bookkeeping business and need a creative partner who can take me from zero to fully online. The project covers everything—visual identity, messaging, and a conversion-focused website—so that when prospects land on the site they immediately understand our expertise and can book time with us.
The look and feel I’m after is modern and sleek, leaning on cool tones such as blues, greens, and purples. Clean typography, crisp lines, and subtle gradients appeal to me more than ornamental flourishes; the goal is confidence and clarity, not noise.
On the web side, I want a lightweight, secure site that loads fast and works flawlessly on mobile.
Two functions I'd like to consider and discuss
• an online appointment-booking module that connects to my calendar, sends automated reminders, and lets clients choose virtual or in-person slots
• a blog area where I can post accounting tips, tax reminders, and regulatory updates.
Deliverables
• Logo suite (full-color, mono, favicon, and social profile versions)
• Brand style guide covering color palette, typography, imagery, and usage rules
• Five-page responsive website (Home, Services, About, Blog, Contact) built in WordPress, Webflow, or another mainstream CMS we agree on
• Integrated appointment booking and blog functions as described
• Handover package: editable source files, access credentials, and a short Loom walkthrough of the backend
Acceptance criteria: the final build must reflect the color palette and modern aesthetic described above, pass Google PageSpeed insights for both desktop and mobile, (and allow me to publish a blog post and receive a booked appointment without developer intervention - should we finalize to include these functions). If this aligns with your skills, I’m excited to hear how you’d approach the project and see samples of similar work.
Preference will be given to someone who already created a similar project and can showcase.
