YouTube Channel Optimization & Monetization

I’m looking for an experienced YouTube strategist and content consultant to help me optimize and monetize two YouTube channels.
Background:
I currently manage two YouTube channels:
1. One features amateur videos that I want to keep as part of my content portfolio.
2. The other includes professionally edited videos.
My goal is to develop a cohesive strategy that attracts the right target audience, leverages existing content, and implements monetization features.
What I Need:
1. Goals & Objectives Development
• Help define the purpose and positioning of each channel
• Align video content with audience interests
• Determine the most effective format, publishing schedule, and promotional tactics
2. Monetization Strategy
• Advise how to set up videos so that only the first 3 minutes are viewable for free
• Recommend and help configure platforms or tools that allow for:
• Pay-per-view
• Subscription-based access
• Ensure compatibility with YouTube’s policies or suggest external video hosting platforms if needed
3. Subtitle Strategy
• Determine if subtitles would add value to my content
• Recommend which videos should have subtitles and in which languages
• Provide a plan or resources for adding multilingual subtitles after videos are uploaded
Deliverables:
• A comprehensive written strategy document covering all the above areas
• A step-by-step implementation plan (optional: include suggestions for tools or platforms)
• (Optional) Ongoing consultation or project management support
Ideal Freelancer:

• Understanding of multilingual audiences and subtitle localization
