Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm currently looking for a freelancer with a solid background in Human Resources, strategy development, and recruitment to assist in the growth of our pharmaceutical company on a long-term basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Finding high-quality candidates
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of HR strategies
- Performing various recruitment duties
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in HR and strategical planning
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for quality, able to find the "good guys"
- A thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but is not required.
This is a long-term project and may evolve based on the business needs and the freelancer's expertise.
