SEO and google ranking -- 2

My site has been on for two years now and despite doing a lot of paid Seo work, I still do not get any organic traffic. There are no views on blog posts too. I need help from someone who is familiar with this type of issue and can fix it once and for all. Unfortunately I will not pay you if you do not fix the issue. Because I’ve had too many people waste my time in the past. You must be familiar with this type of issue and know how to bring organic targeted traffic and not fake traffic. I believe there must be a technical backend issue preventing bots getting the right information about the website.
