Find Brands for Photoshoot Event
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
Hello,
My name is Evan MacGuffie, you can find me on Instagram @evanmacguffie
For fun, I organize photoshoots with beautiful models and extremely talented photographers/videographers. The events are super fun and it's a great way for me to network. I've organized 2 in the past 3 months and they have not been monetized.
I need your help monetizing future events by having brands pay for high quality, instagram-worthy, photos & videos featuring their product.
The best products would be :
- Fashion (clothing/accessories)
- Hair products
- Skin/makeup products
Why would a brand pay?
They'll receive:
- 40+ high quality photos (with beautiful models)
- 20+ high quality IG reels (with beautiful models)
- 20 posts on IG from our models tagging the brand. Last event we had 3.6 million IG followers between all of the models.
- Logo featured on 'step n repeat' on red carpet. See attached photo for reference.
- "Enough Instagram content for a year" that's my line.
How much would the brand pay?
We have 4 packages ranging $1,000 - 10,000.
I plan on hosting these events 1x a month moving forward, however with your execution, this could be a weekly occurrence. I've hosted 2 events in the past 3 months. The next event is set for late August in Nashville TN, I do not have an exact date yet, in a huge mansion.
Event portfolio / proof of concept:
Check our www.wearourstuff.com
Go to the "portfolio" section and look around. Everything is clickable. We do some really awesome work - you'll see.
Serengeti and Skyhaus are my 2 past clients.
Serengeti Manor is an exquisite house listed on Peerspace.
Skyhaus is a mansion listed on Airbnb. You'll see their explanations on the website.
Wear Our Stuff is the brand that I've created for these events. I don't know how the url and @wearourstuff on IG wasn't already taken, so I took it!
If you look at our "packages" page, you will see 3 packages listed. Disregard Atmosphere and Activate - we are focusing on the "Sponsor" package.
What I am looking for from you:
- Find the brands
- Pitch and sell the brands on the value we provide
- Close the deal (signed agreement).
Compensation:
-50% of what the brand pays. So if they pay $1000, you get $500. If you close it for more, say $2000, then your commission is $1000.
- For each event, there can be 4 sponsors. And right now I could do 3 events a month. So, just know, that there is great potential for you here.
- I am looking to make this my full-time business within the next year. I own a 7 figure insurance agency and I make great money from it, and I'd like to venture into something a lot more fun.
My areas of expertise:
- Photography
- Videography
- Network of models. Coordinating the models
- Network of photographers/videographers. Coordinating them
- Coordinating events for content deliverables
In closing,
The past 2 events that I've done have been a lot of fun and a great way for me to network, but I came out of pocket (big time) for them. Happy to do it, but I need to be able to monetize these events moving forward.
I appreciate you reading this!
