Create learning curriculum for dietary supplements

I am looking to create a learning curriculum for dietary supplements that is tailored to professionals with an intermediate level of knowledge. The main focus of the curriculum will be to provide an understanding of dietary supplements; this will involve teaching topics such as how dietary supplements work, understanding serving sizes and labels, potential interactions with other foods or medications, formats, manufacturing considerations, formula design, claims, regulations and more. Ultimately, this curriculum must equip professionals with the knowledge they need to make considerations when designing and using dietary supplements for the brands they support.
