YouTube Content Creator Seeking Freelance Sales Manager (Commission-Based)

I am an independent content creator (Nikolais: https://www.youtube.com/@Nikolaiss ) with 270,000 subscribers on YouTube and an active community on Instagram and TikTok. I produce cinematic videos, storytelling, and branded content for companies and institutions.

I am looking for a Freelance Sales Manager or Business Developer with proven experience in selling collaborations for creators, influencers, or within the digital/media sector.

The role involves:
• Researching and contacting brands, agencies, and media centers.
• Presenting pre-defined collaboration packages.
• Negotiating budgets and conditions.
• Closing deals and securing contracts.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a sales/account manager in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or media.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian market.
• Existing network of contacts with brands and agencies is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, without exclusivity obligations.

Compensation:
Only commission-based, on successfully closed deals.
