My small business is in danger of losing its Facebook Page and connected Instagram profile. The original marketing contractor created both accounts under their own details, then vanished. I suspect my wife’s profile still has some level of admin rights, but with my limited I.T. skills I’m not confident enough to verify or lock things down.
