Job Description:
Eskag Pharma is looking for a skilled freelancer to assist in registering our brand and women-centric products in major departmental and retail stores across India. This role involves guiding products like Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP), Pregnancy Test Kits, and other health-focused products through the registration and onboarding processes in key stores and chains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with retail brand registration, excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a network within the Indian retail landscape.
Responsibilities:
Departmental Store Registration: Facilitate the registration and onboarding of Eskag Pharma’s products in major departmental stores and retail chains across India.
Retailer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain communication with store buyers, procurement teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth registration process.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all product listings meet the compliance standards for health and pharmaceutical products, including packaging, labeling, and regulatory documentation.
Market Research & Target List Development: Research and identify target departmental stores that align with Eskag Pharma’s women-centric products and create a registration roadmap.
Product Presentation: Work with our team to prepare product presentations and promotional materials as required by each retailer, highlighting the benefits and positioning of Eskag Pharma’s products.
Negotiation & Terms of Registration: Negotiate favorable terms for product placement, listing fees, and other contract terms with stores, focusing on long-term relationships.
Regular Reporting: Provide ongoing updates and reports on registration status, challenges faced, and stores successfully onboarded.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail brand registration, particularly with departmental stores in India.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for healthcare and pharmaceutical products in the retail sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with retail buyers and procurement teams.
Ability to manage documentation accurately and meet the standards required by retail chains.
Established network with major departmental stores is a plus.
Basic knowledge of product marketing and presentation in the retail sector.
Additional Information:
This is a remote, freelance role with the possibility of site visits and in-store meetings, depending on store requirements and preferences. Compensation will be project-based and according to the milestones achieved.
