# We're looking for a Social Media freelancer to make SQFT+ impossible to ignore

## The company
SQFT+ is building the AI layer that sits on top of every property listing in the UK. Our browser extension overlays Rightmove and Zoopla with live development intelligence — planning probability, build costs, GDV — powered by our AI assistant, Otto. We're backed by Pi Labs and Haatch, working with major agency networks, and moving fast.
We're not another proptech deck. We're the thing estate agents open Rightmove to check *before* they check Rightmove.
## The role
We need someone who can take SQFT+ from "solid product, quiet feed" to a brand people in property and proptech actually follow. You'll own our social presence end to end — strategy, content, posting, community — across LinkedIn primarily, with scope for X/Instagram/TikTok if you can make the case.
This isn't corporate real-estate content. No stock photos of handshakes. No "excited to announce." We want sharp, opinionated, visually distinct content that looks like it was made by people who actually understand property, AI, and why most PropTech is boring.
## What you'll do
- Build and run a content calendar across our channels (LinkedIn-first)
- Turn product updates, Otto's outputs, market data, and founder POV into scroll-stopping posts
- Develop a visual identity for social that fits our brand (terracotta, Nunito, no beige corporate proptech vibes)
- Create short-form video content — building in public, product demos, hot takes on the UK property market
- Grow engaged followings among UK estate agents, developers, and proptech/AI audiences — not vanity metrics
- Work directly with our founder and team to turn real product wins (pilot launches, new features, funding milestones) into content moments
- Keep a pulse on what's working in fintech/proptech/AI social right now and bring it to us before we ask
## What we're looking for
- A portfolio of social accounts you've grown — show us the numbers, not just the aesthetics
- Genuine fluency in short-form video and current platform formats (not "we should probably try Reels")
- Ability to write in a distinct voice — confident, direct, a little irreverent — and match it to ours fast
- Comfortable working with a fast-moving early-stage startup: things change, priorities shift, you adapt
- Bonus: interest or experience in property, real estate, or B2B SaaS/AI audiences
- Bonus: can shoot and edit video yourself, no agency roundtrip required
