Job Title: Brand Localization Strategist & Consultant (US Market – Personal Care)
Role Overview:
We are a growing Chinese brand in the Personal Care/CPG industry with a vision to expand into the North American market. We are seeking a seasoned Brand Localization Strategist to help us bridge the gap between our current identity and the expectations of US consumers.

We are looking for a visionary who has a deep understanding of the US beauty/personal care landscape, ideally with experience in top-tier global firms (e.g., P&G, Unilever, L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic GTM (Go-to-Market): Develop a comprehensive market entry and localization strategy tailored to US consumer behavior and trends.

Visual Identity & Packaging: Audit and refine our visual presentation, packaging design, and aesthetics to ensure they resonate with North American premium or mass-market standards.

Brand Voice & Copywriting: Define the brand’s "American" personality, ensuring all English copy (web, social, packaging) is native, compelling, and culturally relevant.

Marketing & Positioning: Advise on marketing channels, influencer strategy, and communication styles that work best in the US personal care sector.

Desired Qualifications:
Native-level American English with deep cultural roots in the US market.

5-10+ years of experience in the Personal Care, Beauty, or FMCG/CPG industry.

Strong Corporate Pedigree: Proven track record in major global personal care companies is highly preferred (but we are open to exceptional boutique agency backgrounds).

Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable creative and marketing insights.

Engagement Model:
Option A (Preferred): Project-based Strategic Consulting (Paid by milestones or hourly).

Option B: Ongoing Fractional CMO/Advisor role.

Option C: Full-time placement in Shenzhen, China (Relocation support provided for the right candidate).
