Garden of Lights Marketing Coordinator
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking a part-time freelance marketing coordinator for our Garden of Lights event at the Botanical Garden in Cluj, running from October to February. This is an offline-first role that can be combined with other work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the opening event.
- Liaise with local media providers (billboards/OOH, radio, public transport) via email.
- Review Romanian-language communications (copy checks).
- Collaborate with shopping centers and local partners.
- Take on-site photos in the Garden of Lights.
- Maintain regular contact with our head office.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Media coordination (billboards/OOH, radio)
- Event planning and coordination
- Partnership collaborations
Some experience in reviewing and editing Romanian-language content is preferred. We are not considering agencies due to past experience. If you're interested, I'd love to share more details. Referrals are also appreciated!
