**Hiring: Flipkart Listing Manager + Designer (Freelancer)**
We are looking for a skilled and reliable freelancer who can handle complete Flipkart account management along with creative design support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and manage Flipkart product listings (T-shirts & apparel preferred)
* Optimize listings (SEO keywords, titles, descriptions, attributes)
* Handle Flipkart account operations smoothly (inventory, order flow, returns monitoring)
* Design creatives (product images, banners)
* Run and optimize Flipkart Ads (PPC campaigns, ROI-focused)
* Improve listing quality score and organic ranking
* Analyze performance and suggest growth strategies
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with Flipkart Seller Central
* Strong understanding of Flipkart SEO & algorithm
* Basic to advanced graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva, etc.)
* Experience in running Flipkart ad campaigns
* Good communication and reporting skills
**Preferred:**
* Experience in apparel / T-shirt category
* Knowledge of e-commerce growth strategies
**Compensation:**
₹6 LPA to ₹15 LPA (based on experience)
