I have two parallel workflows that need reliable, ongoing support.
First, I receive a constant flow of customer information that must be copied into our web-based forms. Accuracy is critical because the data drives order processing and reporting; every field has to be double-checked before submitting.
At the same time, I want my social channels kept active and on-brand. I’ll provide the core themes and any product shots I already have, then count on you to shape them into engaging posts, schedule them, and monitor basic engagement. Whether the content ends up on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or a mix we decide together, the goal is a consistent voice and steady posting rhythm.
Deliverables
• Daily completion of assigned online forms with zero errors logged
• A weekly content calendar drafted, approved, and loaded into the scheduling tool of our choice
• Posts published on schedule, with captions, hashtags, and visuals optimised for each platform
I use Google Workspace, Canva, and Buffer at the moment; if you prefer equivalent tools, just let me know. Clear, same-day communication is a must, and I’m happy to set up a quick test task so we can both be confident in the workflow.
