I'm looking for a freelancer to help acquire content creators for our new upcoming Regional OTT platform. The creators should specialize in short videos. This requirement is for only India specific freelancers only not from other countries.
Key Requirements:
- Strong network and experience in sourcing content creators.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and trends.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
