Brand Catalog and Inventory Planning

I'm launching a fashion and accessories brand and need guidance on catalog and inventory planning.

Requirements:
- Create a website-based product catalog
- Assist in inventory preparation and purchasing

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in fashion brand development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management

Am confused that I can keep this too. While u have master product in mind, I want to get advice on the category and variants i am putting
