Polish 10 POD T-Shirt Designs

I’m about to launch my first print-on-demand t-shirt line through Printify (and a couple of similar platforms) and already have roughly 50 mock-ups in hand (created on Kittl). Our store which is called Green Thumb Style, is focused on designs for women and men who love to plant and enjoy flowers and gardens. What I need now is an experienced t-shirt designer who can turn those beginner designs into production-ready artwork. This is just a trial run to find someone that I can work well with. I will have much more work coming up. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Photoshop or other professional design programs.

Here’s the scope in plain terms:
• Review the designs that I have and select 10 that you will upgrade with stronger color work and crisper, more engaging text treatment, and duplicate designs for darker or lighter shirt colors.
•Clean them up and resize as needed so each file meets Printify’s recommended specs (300 DPI, transparent background, correct canvas dimensions, etc.).
• Advise me on any valuable POD information that you feel is important.

Acceptance will be simple: each of the 10 designs need to pop and be eye catching and engaging for our audience. Each design will open flawlessly in Printify’s mock-up generator without further tweaks.
