Long-Term Virtual Assistant with Marketing Expertise for Coaching Business
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to support my coaching business by organizing tasks, managing priorities, and executing key marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist with task management while also handling email marketing, lead generation, and social media content creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) to help grow my business.
This role is intended to be long-term, as I value consistency and prefer to work with someone who understands my workflow over time. To ensure mutual success, I am offering a monthly retainer along with a 20% commission on all sales generated through your efforts. A negotiation of the monthly retainer will be important based on skills and input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize tasks across multiple areas of the business
- Recommend and set up tools or systems that are user-friendly for individuals with ADHD
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Set up lead generation funnels to attract new clients
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages tailored to my audience
- Assist with content planning for blogs or newsletters (e.g., Medium or Substack)
- Build and nurture online communities across social media platforms to foster engagement and brand loyalty
- Provide ongoing support to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate regularly to keep everything on track
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with experience recommending tools tailored to client needs
- Proven experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., funnels, landing pages)
- Experience creating professional LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content for career or leadership coaches is highly preferred
- Understanding of community-building strategies to engage audiences effectively across social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Compensation:
This role includes a fixed monthly retainer plus a 20% commission on all sales generated through your efforts. Please provide your proposed monthly rate based on the scope of work bearing in mind that not all tasks will be run concurrently.
