Land Development Concept Drawing with Storm Water Management

I am looking for a concept drawing for a single family housing community on 17.77 acres and possible a 13.1 acre parcel next to it that involves storm water management. The land falls within FEMA 1% AE zones. I need to finalize a concept plan with detailed drawings showing the layout of single-family homes and flood mitigation measures. Ensure the plan includes considerations for elevated building pads and enhanced drainage solutions. Detailed site plans drawn to scale and Elevation data for proposed structures. I want to use lot sizes of 5,000 sq ft and the attached guidelines reflect that we can put up to 8.71 homes per acre. I want to assume some type of pond for storm runoff. Here is the map to the parcel: also right beside it is a 13.31 acre parcel with that I also want to work on separately or even as a one development. Here is the link to the codified ordinances for the city that provides flood zone / storm water information for development. , I am only looking for a initial concept to present to the city so I can obtain more information from them on what they are looking for then I can come back to you for more details once I know exactly what they want to see for the storm water mitigation. I am thinking designs for the homes to be between 1,000 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft max which can be 2's and 3 bedrooms with at least 1.5 baths and will have a carport or garage.
