Create content using AI tools

I am looking for a freelancer to create content using AI. Specifically, I need someone who can create video tutorials that are shorter than 15 minutes. I am open to any topics that the freelancer might have in mind; however, my ultimate goal is to create content quickly with AI tools. The successful freelancer must have an understanding of various AI tools. I am open to suggestions and ideas that the freelancer might have to create a unique experience. The job will require online brainstorming sessions. This project should provide the freelancer with the opportunity to develop creatively and to show off their skills.
