Service Administrator - Multifaceted Virtual Assistant Needed - Ongoing Basis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
The I.T. Guys - Onsite Technicians Australia are an IT field service and on-site support business that services multi-site companies & managed service providers in all cities & regional areas across Australia.
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our team and work with us on an ongoing basis.
We will hire you at your advertised hourly rate ($USD) on Freelancer - plus bonuses.
Initially, the role will be 4hrs per day, with the opportunity for growth (up to full-time 8hrs per day).
Your availability needs to be within Australian business hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Flexible working hours are available within the AEST business hours (more information to be provided).
Full training will be provided.
The role involves the following main tasks:
- Responding to our client email/phone service requests (with template replies).
- Assisting with scheduling jobs/technicians.
- Entering new service requests into our Field Service system.
- Updating service requests in our Field Service system as they progress.
- Organising mailboxes (Support & Accounts).
- Data entry, sales processing and invoicing in our CRM system.
- Updating all other sections of our CRM system (for example, Knowledgebase, Employees, etc.).
- Updating our Google Maps account with new technicians and clients.
- Other administrative tasks as required (to be advised).
- Escalating and reporting to our Service Delivery Manager.
You would ideally be proficient in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel): Proficiency in these applications is necessary for completing various tasks.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Gmail: Proficiency in Gmail is essential for managing email correspondence efficiently.
Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be key to the successful completion of this role.
