Philippine Multilingual Call Support Executive
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m expanding our voice-support team and want a seasoned BPO or call-center professional in the Philippines to take charge of our inbound call queue. Your day will revolve around answering customer questions in real time, logging tickets in our CRM, and escalating issues that need specialist attention.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Mandarin is non-negotiable; if you also speak Swahili, Javanese, Sundanese, Burmese, Central Khmer, Lao, Uzbek, Nepali, Italian, German, or French, you’ll be able to jump on occasional niche calls and help us collect short language-based voice snippets for training our AI models.
A typical shift will see you:
• Handle inbound voice traffic with clear, friendly communication.
• Update customer records and call outcomes in Zendesk (or similar).
• Coordinate with our language team when we need fresh voice data, sourcing native speakers or recording samples yourself where possible.
• Deliver a concise end-of-day call report so we can track volumes and resolutions.
If you thrive on fast call turnarounds, can switch languages on the fly, and enjoy the occasional linguistic side project, I’d love to bring you aboard and start routing calls your way this week.
