Onsite BPO Team Leader Needed
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m filling an immediate Team Leader opening for an NGO-backed voice process running out of Ghaziabad. If you have 1-3 years of front-line leadership in a BPO, already know how to keep 8-15 agents on target, and can communicate confidently in English, you’ll fit right in. Hindi fluency is needed too, but clear English is non-negotiable because you’ll handle client communication as well as live floor huddles.
Day-to-day you’ll own team performance coaching, client updates, and the weekly Excel-based reports senior management relies on. The process is stable, mission-driven, and entirely on-site, so please apply only if you can relocate—or are already local—and start within 30 days (sooner is ideal; the ramp-up is ASAP).
