I am in need of a Customer Support Specialist who specializes in Live Chat Support.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in providing live chat support to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide quick and accurate solutions
- Experience in using live chat support software and CRM systems
Industry or product-specific knowledge is not required for this position.
The specialist is expected to work less than 10 hours per week.
