I need help building a fast, reliable pipeline of BPO candidates who are genuinely “ready to join.” My immediate focus is on three frontline roles—Customer Support, Technical Support, and Sales Representative—serving large-scale operations in Bangalore’s urban market.
Here’s what will make this project a success:
• You already have—or can swiftly create—a pool of screened, interview-ready profiles.
• Every candidate is comfortable with Bangalore-based, on-site work (night-shift willingness is a plus).
• For each profile I receive, I need accurate contact info, current vs. expected CTC, notice period, and earliest start date.
I will review quality after the first batch. Once we confirm fit, we can move to a rolling hand-off model so you keep the pipeline full while I schedule interviews. Speed and accuracy are critical; let’s get started.
