Bilingual Retention Agent Needed (Polish)

This is a fully remote freelance role focused on customer retention and upselling within an international contact center campaign.
Role Overview:
• Retain customers using effective sales and negotiation techniques
• Handle objections and cancellation intents
• Identify upsell opportunities when applicable
• Meet performance targets (Save Rate & quality standards)
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in a contact center environment
• Advanced Polish. (spoken and written)
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
