BPO Recruiter Needed for Multiple Processes

I'm looking to hire freelancers for BPO recruitment across various processes. Payment will be made on a per-candidate basis after 3 months of their employment. Location - Delhi

Processes include:
- International customer service
- Domestic telesales
- Non-voice (chat, mail)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in BPO recruitment
- Access to a candidate pool
- Ability to hire for multiple processes
Hiring locations - Gurgaon , New Delhi, Noida
Freelancers with their own candidate pool will be highly preferred.
