Active BPO Staff Account Holders
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking to collaborate with someone who is currently on the payroll of TaskUs, TTEC, Concentrix, Teleperformance, Sutherland Global, or Accenture and who still has day-to-day access to their production systems. In addition, you must maintain an active, fully-functioning account on at least one of the following customer-facing platforms: Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Shopify, Google, Twitter, or PayPal.
Former employees won’t fit this project; I specifically need the insight and system visibility that only a present, logged-in agent can provide. Your role will be to help me validate live workflows, verify policy behaviour in real time, and share screen-based evidence where required. No confidential or client-restricted information will be requested—only the operational perspective and non-sensitive proof that an active seat provides.
Deliverables
• A brief video or screen recording (obscuring any private data) that confirms your live access to both your BPO toolset and the specified external account.
• Written confirmation of any limitations or scope boundaries your employer sets, so we remain fully compliant.
