Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced developer to build an automated outreach system that connects our dealership with private sellers on Facebook Marketplace. The tool should search for specified car models, initiate friendly AI-driven conversations, and capture interested sellers’ WhatsApp numbers, all while supporting multiple accounts and secure proxy configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discover and filter Marketplace listings by make/model
- Automate initial messaging in a natural, conversational tone
- Capture seller contact details (WhatsApp) upon interest
- Manage multiple Marketplace accounts simultaneously
- Integrate secure proxy support (SOCKS5) for account anonymity
- Adapt to Marketplace UI changes and respect platform policies

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven background in web automation and bot development
- Expertise with AI/NLP frameworks (for example Rasa, spaCy, or equivalent)
- Experience implementing multi-account workflows and proxy setups
