Zoho Books Opening Balances Setup

I’m refreshing my Zoho Books file as of 1 April 2025. Historical activity will stay archived in the same organisation, but from that date forward I want a clean ledger driven by accurate opening balances.

Here’s what I need from you, ideally in a live one-hour session we schedule immediately after you accept the job:

• Post opening balances for every customer, vendor, and the remaining balance-sheet accounts so the 31 Mar 2025 closing trial balance rolls forward perfectly.
• Use the existing control accounts—I’ve already created them—so no redesign is necessary; just make sure the journal entries hit the right ledgers.
• Maintain data integrity: no alteration or deletion of pre-01-Apr-2025 transactions.
• Finish with a reconciled trial balance inside Zoho Books and supply a brief note (or screenshot) confirming totals match.
