Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeper - Xero Specialist/Builder Trend) for Residential Construction Business

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for supplier invoices and receipts into Xero, ensuring completeness and precision.
- Prepare and issue invoices, maintaining compliance with procedures and tax regulations.
- Assign and allocate invoices to corresponding construction projects within Xero for organized financial tracking.
- Maintain meticulous back costing records for effective on-billing and expenditure analysis.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies swiftly.
- Process GST returns, adhering to the nuances of New Zealand tax compliance.
- Work collaboratively with our team to improve financial operations and reporting.
