Quickbooks Online & Clover integration

I own a bakery and an ecommerce Shopify site. I'm using QB Online, Clover, and QB by Commerce Sync app to integrate the data. My QB is mostly up to date, but I have some transactions that I need help with. They do not match up with anything and I want my account to be as clean as possible.
