QuickBooks Online Hands-On Coaching

I want to master the essentials of QuickBooks Online through a handful of short, live screen-sharing calls over the coming week. We’ll work directly inside my QBO subscription while you guide my cursor, ensuring every click makes sense. I learn best through hands-on practice with guidance, so I’ll be driving the mouse while you explain, troubleshoot, and answer questions in real time.

Scope for each session
• First, set up the company file, tour the dashboard, and fine-tune the chart of accounts.
• Then immediately apply that knowledge to three core workflows: creating invoices, managing expenses, and reconciling bank statements.

Training preferences
• Platform: Zoom (or any similar tool with screen share and remote control).
• Data: demo data supplied by QuickBooks to keep things risk-free.
• Post-session recap: a concise screencast video capturing the exact steps we covered, so I can replay and cement the process.

I’d like to complete this series within the next week, so availability for flexible, bite-sized appointments is important. By the end, I should feel fully confident managing day-to-day bookkeeping on my own. If you’re detail-oriented, patient, and skilled at explaining QuickBooks concepts on the fly, I’m ready to start right away.
