QBO Automation using Webgility for Amazon, Ebay & Shopify Ecommerce Business

Hello!

Our ecommerce business (Bathroom Shower Systems) on Amazon, and Shopify. We're in need of support to automate and optimize our accounting practices using Webgility.

Webgility Knowledge MUST

We use Webgility to automate Amazon, Ebay, Shopify sales with QuickBooks, however it is not accurate and in need with Webgility expert to map the right accounting codes, and / or add new accounting items to reflect accuracy in our bookkeeping and inventory management.
We're in need of an experienced bookkeeper who excels in dynamic and consultative projects to add real value to young, quickly growing businesses.

Key competencies:

- Consultancy & advisory skills (not pure accounting / bookkeeping)

- Inventory management and accounting integrations / automation

- Experience with ecommerce businesses, supply chain accounting

- Multinational dynamics (overseas supply chain includes raw material sourcing, manufacture, etc.)

- Sales tax, multi-product COGS, multi-channel distribution (direct, wholesale, drop-ship), etc.

Key deliverables:

- Review bookkeeping approach to date, consult on key areas of needed support, and implement retroactive changes as necessary

- Consult on benefits and costs / shortcomings of integration services for Shopify / QB integration and automation

- Mapping, account and rule setting in Shopify / QB and selected integration service (Order Management / Inventory Management)
