Part-Time SaaS Bookkeeper - September
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a growing SaaS company and I’m looking for a reliable bookkeeper who can step in on a part-time basis to keep our numbers clean and current. The core of the role is maintaining an accurate set of books for a subscription-based business, so experience with deferred revenue, Stripe payouts and recurring invoices is essential.
Most of our transactions flow through cloud tools such as Stripe, PayPal and our business bank accounts, then into either QuickBooks Online or Xero—whichever you’re most comfortable with. I need you to stay on top of the day-to-day data entry, then close out each month promptly so I always have a clear snapshot of cash and runway.
Deliverables
• General ledger fully updated and all transactions correctly categorized
• Bank, credit-card, Stripe and PayPal accounts reconciled
• Month-end P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flow reports exported to PDF
• High-level SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, churn, LTV) pulled once books are closed
