Get Bookkeeping up to date

I’m looking to engage someone on an hourly rate to help me get my financials together for multiple years in Australia. I need to do this for my personal account as well as my business account. It is a little complicated.
The Skills I need are:
• Bookkeeping
• Xero
• Excel
• Data Entry
• Ability to accept work in small packets – as I assemble portions of information.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting requirements

I would require:
• Daily Timesheet
• Daily Planned/Actual tracking
