I need a detail-oriented person to clear a backlog of expense invoices that are pdfs or scanned images. The task is straightforward: enter every expense invoice into my FreeAgent account, making sure the supplier details, dates, descriptions, categories, VAT treatment and totals are captured exactly as they appear on the originals.

I’ll provide the scans in a shared drive along with any coding guidance you might need. Accuracy is more important than speed, but I would like the entire batch finished within the next month so my accounts stay up to date.

Your deliverable is a fully updated FreeAgent ledger showing every expense invoice entered and matched to the supporting image. I’ll verify completion by spot-checking entries against the source documents.
