Customer Service + Client Manager – Payroll Bookkeeping and Accounting

Our primary focus is on PPP Forgiveness and Employee Retention Tax Credit Work.
I am looking for someone that can manage client communication and document gathering. Kick-off meetings typically are 15 to 30-minute zoom calls where you work with the client to download their payroll reports, get their PPP loan information, and sync ADP, Paychex, QBO, or other payroll software with our accountant versions of the same software.
The estimated time is 20 hours a week. It is important that you have availability during normal US working hours to communicate with clients. High levels of English proficiency are required as this is a customer-facing role. Familiarity with Zoom and Google docs is also important.
